Villa Tinikatolu, Stunning Luxury Villa Fiji

This place is absolutely gorgeous and has the most amazing staff! Mere took care of us as if we were her own children and the boys were fantastic as well, making sure the villa always looked incredible and driving us to our tours. The food was incredible and more than you can possibly eat. We had to diet at our next couple of resorts just to fit in our clothes. Katy was fantastic as well, letting us stay another night when our flight was cancelled. I loved that she did check with the staff to be sure they were comfortable with having less time to get ready for the next guests before she agreed to another night. It is awesome that 1) she respects her staff and 2) she is concerned about quality of the next person’s stay. I cannot recommend this place highly enough!

There were 8 of us visiting Fiji for the first time and it was DELIGHTFUL. The villa is stunning and the hosts have certainly thought of everything. The grounds are well kept. The pool is cool & refreshing. The jacuzzi is hot & ready. There are plenty of towels. They use Pure Fiji products which are lovely, especially the mosquito repellant. Katy was incredibly helpful and responsive to every question. Perhaps the biggest treasure was the angel that is Mere. Before arriving, we were so curious about this magical woman who people wrote about in their reviews. From arrival to departure, Mere’s presence was golden! She has been at this property for a long time and knows all the ins and outs of anything a guest could possibly desire. She’s eager for guests to truly enjoy themselves and whenever we made a request, she made us feel as if there were no burdens. We attempted to reciprocate her kindness in various ways and I hope every group tries to outdo the last in terms of appreciation.

The villa was absolutely as described. Gorgeous and very well appointed. The weather didn’t cooperate but that isn’t the owner’s fault. Would have loved to know August is windy. Had some trouble with the house attendant not being as available as described (no turndown service, no proactive offer for drinks/snacks, disappeared during the day etc) but the owner and her villa and the rest of the staff were absolutely amazing, and we will consider returning during a more favourable weather month for sure.

A perfect paradise to unwind. A stunningly beautiful villa on a perfect sandy beach. We were taken care of by the friendliest team, Mere, Ta-mere, Nukai and Brenda. We were treated like royalty and the villa was kept spotlessly clean throughout our stay. Our daily food (always delicious) was cooked by Ben who really could cater for all types. A 10 out of ten in every way.

This is one of the most beautiful villas in the world. It will simply take your breath away. Although you're next to a beautiful 5 star resort, the villa is extremely private and quiet. Katy and her team go above and beyond to help you plan a memorable stay including organizing special trips/excursions, boat rentals and celebrations. Transfer to and from Nadi airport was very easy. I would highly recommend the breakfast and dinner chef services which were outstanding. Mere, the housekeeper, and her team will make you feel at home and pampered from the minute you arrive. We didn't want to leave and can't wait to return.

My family and I recently had the most unforgettable experience during our stay at Villa Tinikatolu in Pacific Harbor, Fiji. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with top-notch quality and excellence in hospitality that truly exceeded all expectations. The cleanliness of the villa was impeccable, and the service staff, Temeri and Nukai, went above and beyond to ensure our comfort throughout our stay. The villa itself was a paradise - spacious, well-furnished, and thoughtfully stocked with all the necessities we could possibly need. The extra touches, such as Pure Fiji products in all the bathrooms and the fresh fruit and coconut “starter pack”, added a touch of luxury that made our stay even more special. One of the highlights of our stay was the beautiful garden, hammocks and pool area, where the sun landed perfectly during the hottest times of the day. It was the ideal spot to relax and unwind while surrounded by the lush tropical beauty of Fiji.

It’s hard to know what to say other than perfection. The Villa was spacious and extremely well appointed—elegant and comfy. Like a vacation home I’d been coming to all my life. The array of indoor, outdoor, and indoor/outdoor seating areas will suit any taste. I think I spent time just about everywhere. If you, like me, enjoy full service resorts but also appreciate a kind of quiet luxury, then you’ve come to the right place. The villa is part of a boutique resort—Nanuku—which is quite literally right next door, accessible by the driveway or the beach. You can dine “out” or prearrange for lunches and dinner by a local chef. And the one-of-a-kind Mere, who oversees the house on site, is a phenomenal cook. Don’t miss her Fijian curry dinner with a delectable dal soup! Her breakfasts will, for most, make lunches delightfully unnecessary. And the host, Katy, is extremely personable, proactive, and a wealth of ideas—she obviously loves the villa and area and is keen to share with others.
